Wireless Charging for the Ford Fiesta

Challenge:

Integration of wireless charging into an existing storage compartment, taking into account the automotive series requirements. The implementation was to take place within a few months with delivery and assembly at the production site in Cologne.

Development:

Due to the fully certified submodule in the area of wireless charging, we were able to successfully complete the project in a record time of 5 months from initial contact to series release by Ford. The individual integration into existing installation spaces was carried out entirely by our employees at the Erkelenz site.

Result:

Delivery of the complete wireless charging system solution to Ford in the amount of 40,000 units per year.
