Your tasks
- Operational purchasing of components in Europe and Asia
- Value analysis of components and assemblies
- Managing international supplier relationships
- Continuous optimization of purchasing processes and conditions
- Preparation, processing and monitoring of orders
- Preparation and maintenance of master data
- Complaints processing for deliveries
- Analyzing and making “make or buy” decisions
- Preparation of target group and application-oriented technical documentation and declarations of conformity
- Close cooperation with test laboratories and certification bodies
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, as well as experience in purchasing and project management
- Strong cost awareness and interest in optimization
- High affinity for ERP systems
- Experienced with the common MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, scope and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of PC and MS Office applications
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to oversee and coordinate various development projects within our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, team members and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress and fostering effective communication between all stakeholders.

Your tasks
- Support in the planning and implementation of projects
- Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Monitoring the progress of the project and solving any problems that arise
- Contact person and communication of project status to all parties involved
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and proper documentation
- Utilizing project management tools to monitor hours, budget, plans and expenses
- Coordinating the flow of information between project team members
- Organizing and participating in project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, schedules, plans and budgets effective communication between all stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar position
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
