Your responsibilities
- Telephone sales / order acceptance
- Provision of technical support to our customers
Your qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field
- Very strong customer orientation
- Completed electrical apprenticeship, e.g. as an automotive electrician or similar vocation
- Communicative team player
- PC skills and experience using a merchandise management system
- English language skills
- Independent and self-accountable work style
